Arts Professional Learning Specialist (full-time) – Job Number 210002C3

The Arts Professional Learning Specialist will collaborate with the Manager of Professional Learning to design and deliver multiple yearly professional learning opportunities with a focus on implementation of the Illinois Arts Learning Standards and best practices in arts teaching and learning. They will independently manage one or more professional learning streams within the professional learning portfolio, including the planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of learning sessions and accompanying administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling, venue coordination, purchasing, payroll). They will also collect and analyze data in order to evaluate the effectiveness of departmental professional learning throughout the year. Arts Technology Part-Time Employee – Job Number 210001RO

The Arts Technology Part-Time Employee will be responsible for managing and supporting DAE-owned technology devices and equipment, including device maintenance, warranties, software, and inventory. They will oversee device distribution, training, and collection, provide tech support for Student Programs special events.

Creative Schools Support Part-Time Employee Job Number 210002BN

The Creative Schools Support Part-Time Employee will provide coordination and support to the Operations Specialist, schools, and teachers who are awarded a grant from the Creative Schools Support system. This includes communications, budget tracking, and reporting of grant awards administered via the Department of Arts Education.
