This Spring exhibition, curated by the CPS Department of Arts Education, showcases 2D, 3D, and digital artwork by CPS elementary school students. All students in grades PreK–8 from any CPS school (including district-managed, charter, contract, and options schools) are eligible to apply.

Based on recent closure announcements from our exhibition site, Expo 72, the 2020 All-City Elementary Exhibition will now be an online exhibition. The CPS Department of Arts Education has created updated submission guidelines for these adjusted events.

Important Dates for 2020 Online Elementary School Exhibition:

Submission window open: April 1–May 1, 2020

Notification of acceptance into exhibition: May 11, 2020

Missing Information Deadline: May 15, 2020 (Failure to submit a media release or any other required information could result in removal from the exhibition.)

Virtual Exhibition Opens: May 29, 2020

Submit Artwork to the 2020 Online All-City Elementary School Exhibition

Submissions are currently being accepted for the 2020 Online Elementary School ACVA Exhibition. The extended deadline for submissions is May 1, 2020. Please download and read the Submission Guidelines before submitting artwork.

Note that students and parents/guardians of students can now submit student artwork directly to the Elementary Exhibition. Teachers of PreK-12 students can also submit artwork on behalf of their students. Please click the appropriate submission button below when submitting artwork.
