Educators are at the heart of our work. The Department of Arts Education (DAE) supports teachers and administrators in maintaining, expanding, and re-envisioning their school’s arts education offerings. The website provides a range of resources for each of these groups and we are happy to work with all of these committed and enthusiastic educators in the classroom!
This group consists of Dance, Music, Theatre, and Visual Art Teachers throughout the district in all grade levels. The DAE is your first source for questions and concerns around arts education district policy and curriculum. We will provide clarifications on how large scale district initiatives affect arts teachers and ways to advocate for the arts in your schools.
